Vaibhava Bangalore is our flagship project and with this project, we are redefining the rules of affordable housing. Vaibhava Bangalore combines the dual benefits of quality construction with affordable price. This project encompasses development of 1.1 million sq ft.of real estate that will include1904 apartments, a primary health centre, a school, a commercial complex tower, and other amenities. The apartments that are on offer range from studio, one-BHK, and two-BHK, which vary in size from 354sq ft. to 640sq ft.

Our apartments are compact and we have meticulously planned the space usage without compromising on functionality. Our careful space planning ensures allocation for every essential home need – a kitchen counter, refrigerator, washing machine, loft storage, wardrobe niche, to name a few, besides ensuring zones for living-sleeping-wash activities. Provision of a separate WC, bath and wash basin allows simultaneous use of these by three people, so that the unit occupation can be higher without any inconvenience. The balcony serves as a multi-purpose break-out space.

Vaibhava was initially conceived as a development project over 16.1 acres of land. Due to the overwhelming positive response, we are now continuing further development on an additional 3.75 acres of contiguous land, which has been purchased recently. The purchase of new land will help us develop more facilities for the residents of Vaibhava such as increased green cover, car park for visitors, and more space for commercial and residential purposes.

After getting an overwhelming positive response for Vaibhava Bangalore, we are now launching a similar residential project in the culture capital of South, Chennai. Vaibhava is the embodiment of our commitment to building quality homes and is our first project in Chennai. VBHC Vaibhava is located on Sriperumbudur – Oragadam - Chenglepet main road, close to the second largest industrial area in India. It is well connected by both road and rail. It has a CBSE English medium school in campus, a shopping complex, primary health centre, an ATM, children’s play area and a club house. In fact, it just not an apartment complex, it is a mini township.

From the point of its open areas, only 30% of total ground is covered by buildings so we are talking about 70% of space that consists of well-planned roads and lush gardens. Large gaps have been designed between buildings to ensure enough sunlight and ventilation. As a key design consideration, we have made sure that lights are not required during the day even in the remotest corner of the apartments. Vaibhava is categorically an eco-friendly project where dual plumbing and dual flush systems have been provided to reduce fresh water usage. Furthermore, solar street lighting and solar geyser for the top two floors have been built in.

All apartments have impressive specifications like vitrified tile flooring, large UPVC windows and louvres, CP and sanitary fixtures, Anchor electrical points and enamel painting, unique features like ventilators above the main door and the loft in the passage area. There is zero wastage of floor area inside our flats. Every building has a lift with power back up provision for common area lighting as well as for the lifts.

Construction Progress

The construction at Vaibhava has commenced and all necessary approvals from DTCP have been obtained. While the contractual commitment is to complete the project in 15 months (June 2013), our endeavor is to complete the project in a shorter time frame.

Consistent with VBHC’s approach of completing the infrastructure first, we have commenced the road work and all underground services in terms of water supply, sewage and electricity.

Excavation work for buildings will commence on March 5, 2012, and expect to be completed by end March, 2012.

Our next key milestone is the completion of the stilt, which we expect to be completed by July 30, 2012.

To give prospective customers a feel of the Vaibhava home, a furnished model 2-BHK apartment is on display at the Vaibhava project site.

We will update the latest construction pictures from April 1st, 2012.
