Alejandro graduated as a Civil Engineer in the year 1999 from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City. He has extensive experience in construction of monolithic cast-in-situ homes in Mexico and other Latin American countries. He has been at the vanguard of building manufacturing like platform and driving change of construction techniques, from traditional block masonry to industrialized manufacturing lines.
Prior to joining VBHC, Alejandro has worked with Homex, a Mexico based global leader in construction of low cost homes and also worked as independent consultant in industrialization in markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Ecuador. At VBHC, Alejandro is responsible for implementing Western Forms technology, worker training and Industrialization of Construction.
Pramod has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Software Technology in Unix, C and Oracle and has 22 years of Project management and Contracts administration experience in the construction industry. Pramod is a member of The Institution of Engineers, Australia.
Pramod has handled Major Projects like Commercial Buildings, Residential Apartments and Villa projects for Prestige Estates Projects Pvt Ltd, State Bank of India, Bio Medical Research & Production Facilities for Biocon Group of Companies, Industrial projects for TATA Steel, etc.
Prior to VBHC Pramod was employed with Prestige Estates Projects Pvt Ltd as Vice President – Contracts.
Mehmet has worked on many large residential and industrial projects in several countries such as Israel (Jerusalem, Haifa and Tel Aviv), in Iraq (Tikrit and Baghdad), in Russia (Moscow) and most recently, on many other projects in Afghanistan.
At VBHC Mehmet leads and monitors execution of all VBHC projects. Ensures production of homes and infrastructure as per design and specification and also ensure, on time delivery with no compromise on quality and safety standards.
Sanjeev graduated as Civil Engineer in 1992 from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. Sanjeev has
over 19 years of experience in Construction and Project Management, deft in swiftly ramping up projects in close coordination with contractors, consultants, architects and other external agencies.
Prior to joining VBHC, Sanjeev has served with Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. At VBHC, Sanjeev is responsible for project management.
Prakash graduated as an Electrical Engineer from SSIT. With over 17 years of experience in the field of construction, specialized in electrification of residential, commercial and industrial projects, with moderate detail design and development. Prior to joining VBHC, Prakash has worked with Aditya Birla Group(MGEL).
At VBHC, Prakash is responsible for end to end design details, detail engineering of the projects in Electrical department for existing projects of VBHC-Bangalore, Chennai and other upcoming projects.
Nethravathi graduated as an Architect from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore University India. With over 8 years of specialised experience in hardcore landscape field have been involved in various Landscape projects from conceptual to implementation stage.
Type of projects handled by Nethravathi includes, Residential layout, apartments, corporate campus, resorts, Educational institutions, Hospitals, Mixed land use development.
Member of Council of Architecture, Delhi (COA) and Member of Bangalore City Corporation (BCC) Bangalore.
In VBHC she is responsible for landscape designing, evaluate ongoing construction activity and ensure that all landscape work has been performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Santhanagopalan is a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Calicut (Formerly Known as Regional Engineering College). He has over 26 Years experience. Currently he is responsible for the Chennai Project. Prior to VBHC.
Santhanagopalan was working with First Choice LLC as project Manager based in Sultanate of Oman and was responsible for the Construction of Commercial cum Residential Complex at Azaiba, Oman. He had worked with different companies in the Middle East spanning over a period of 9 years.
Ismail is highly experienced in the construction of High Quality Luxury Residential Projects, located in Turkey and Middle East. He has also worked for Residential Projects of British and US Army.
Ismail is a certified expert on ISO-9001 Quality Systems and high level knowledge on European and US Standards and a trainer who can train people on new Construction Methods and Techniques.
Jose is a Bachelor of Engineer (Civil Engineer) from the autonomous University of Tamaulipas. He started his professional career working for an affordable Housing Developer in the State of Coahuila, Mexico.
Expertise in Managing civil activities ranging from Infrastructure to full house shells delivery and all heavy machinery controls and management. He has also managed all types of Forms including Western Forms and Meccano for more than 13 Years now.
Shuvashish is an MBA from Indian School of Business and has over 5 years of experience in Aerospace and Automobile industry.
At VBHC, Shuvashish is responsible for Processes and Industrialization.
Sasanka is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 8 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing sector in the US. He holds a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University and an MS in Industrial Engineering from University of Cincinnati.
In his last position as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with General Motors, Sasanka was responsible for supporting 6 vehicle lines and managing an offshore team. He has rich experience in Lean Manufacturing and has implemented several lean manufacturing measures in his career. As a key member of the VBHC's sustainability group, Sasanka is responsible for all the sustainability initiatives including research, technology and feasibility assessment and implementation. His interests include water management, bio-energy and solid waste management.
Arvind is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of Computer Aided Design and Engineering starting his career as a Mechanical Engineer. He holds a BE (Mechanical Engineering) degree from University of Madras and MS (Mechanical Engineering) degree from University of Missouri.
Prior to joining VBHC, Arvind was a Product Manager with SolidWorks Corporation managing its analysis product portfolio. In his working career he has been involved in diverse roles ranging from Product Development, Product Management and Marketing. As a key member of the VBHC's sustainability group, Arvind is responsible for all the sustainability initiatives including research, technology and feasibility assessment and implementation. His interests include water management, renewable energy and bio-diversity conservation. Arvind is an avid runner and has participated in several marathons.
