Sonal has over 18 years of experience. She has worked across preprimary schools in the US and India in both teaching and leadership capacities. Sonal in her last role was instrumental in setting up a very high end day care and playschool chain called "We Care". She decided to move on from this venture because she is passionate about creating world class infrastructure “that is not the privilege of the classes but for the masses”.
Phyllis has been working with schools in the areas of planning new schools, school management, policy planning, performance appraisal of staff, curriculum formulation, and evaluation of teaching methodologies.
For teachers, Phyllis offers consultation on integrated programmes, creative
teaching methodologies, curriculum development and planning, value
education, communication skills, classroom management, team building and
group work.
For children, Phyllis undertakes career guidance, reading and hobby
enrichment activities, study skills, personality development, leadership
education, public speaking, peer pressure reversal techniques, sex and
family life education, substance abuse prevention education, and media
education.
Phyllis also holds positive parenting workshops, and designs individualized
programmes for gifted and special children.
