Rajeev is a graduate in commerce from the University of Bombay, having over 30 years of experience at senior positions in the broad financial services space. Prior to VBHC, Rajeev set up the Wealth Management business for Merrill Lynch on the West Coast of USA focusing on the NRI segment. Before that, at Mphasis, he established the brokerage vertical for the firm. At VBHC, Rajeev is responsible for Human Resource and Industrial Relations.
Bhaskar is Computer Science Engineer from BITS, Pilani and has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Bhaskar is responsible for fund raising, financial control, audit and taxation for VBHC. Prior to that, Bhaskar worked for 4 years in a leading global bank's Real Estate Private Equity practice.
Pradeep is an Engineering graduate from UVCE, Bangalore and started his career with Kirloskar’s. Pradeep has been in the IT industry for 18+ years managing clients and large teams and has delivered complex solutions for global clients in the Financial Services sector.
Before joining VBHC, Pradeep was VP-Applications with MphasiS and was responsible for Application Solutions and Delivery Excellence.
Suresh is a graduate in Science from Bangalore University. Suresh has over 17 years of Retail sales experience principally in the automobile industry having being associated with Mercedes Benz and BMW. In his last assignment with BMW for over a decade, the last few years of which, he was working as Head of Sales for BMW in Karnataka State, Suresh has been instrumental in establishing BMW’s leadership in the super luxury car segment in Bangalore and Karnataka State.
At VBHC, Suresh Kumar is working to establish global standards in the sales process and to ensure our customers have a delightful purchase experience that covers buying of their home and accessing mortgage finance.
Srinivas holds a Post Graduation in Commerce and a Graduate Degree in law from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is also a Fellow Member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India”, New Delhi. He has over 10 years of experience as Company Secretary.
He has managed various functions like Corporate Secretarial, Legal Functions, Corporate Governance, Due diligence Audits and Legal Documentation etc. Further, he also liaised with ROC, RBI, SEBI, MCA, CLB and other authorities for approval, registrations, listing of securities etc. Prior to VBHC, Srinivas worked with ING Vysya Bank Limited as “Deputy Company Secretary”.
Ganesh is a Chartered Accountant and has recently completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has 7 years of experience primarily in the areas of Internal Audit and Risk Management.
His work experience has been with Philips where he spent close to 4 years in 3 different countries - India, Netherlands and the U.S.A. Prior to this, Ganesh worked with 2 other companies, Ballarpur Industries and Cummins India.
Sudarshan, an MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, has worked for 8 years with GECIS, Dell and Convergys primarily in the areas of Planning and Operations Management.
In VBHC, Sudarshan handles IT/ Business Excellence department.
