It is indeed a pleasure to write in support of "VBHC Vaibhava" - if there was one sensible low-cost-no-frills-but-no-corners-cut project for sensible Ordinary Indians then this must be it.
I came to know of it through the newspapers and their website. I did indeed make the effort and was in Bangalore to actually see what was being done in late August and yes I was impressed by the new technology and the fair dealing which was a refreshing change from the usual all properties are booked only resale are available kind of deals that are forced down our throats in Delhi.
There was no pie-in-the-sky, no swimming pool, no glass elevators, and no Jacuzzi type of nonsense that no ordinary Indian ever wants but only the developers seem to think that is what we are all looking for! There is instead a school, dispensary and everyday shops, probably a small bank branch thrown in as well on the site. Delineated parking for people who want to keep a vehicle so that future squabbles are avoided between neighbours.
While there are no rip-offs there is also no subsidy (with consequent crazy lottery in which you stand a 1 in 1000 chance of being allotted a flat like in DDA Delhi or HUDA Haryana) - it is as fair a deal you could ask for on first come first served basis and yes I believe VBHC goes home with a reasonable well-deserved profit.
I wholeheartedly endorse your endeavour and hope that it becomes the Defining Icon of the Decade for the Ordinary Indian like the Maruti 800 / Hero Honda Splendor / Delhi Metro respectively in the 80s, 90s, and 2Ks in the 2010 decade! Do show the world that the Indian frugal middle class has arrived in the Real Estate market at last.......

I was on the lookout for a Residential apartment in Bangalore for the past several months. I had the opportunity to visit several sample projects of different developers but in some way or the other they did not suit me, either the cost was too high for me or location was very far or actual possession period was more than expected, quality looked inferior & plethora of reasons. VBHC arranged me a site visit for their VAIBHAVA project when I called them up after they had advertised in the Times of India.
The sample flats at site looked very well me & I am pretty satisfied. Quality Construction, Very compact with sufficient space utilization, Very affordable for a person with shoe string budget, Real value for money, Variety offered as 2BHK, 1 BHK, Studio to suit different needs, Reasonable gestation period. Transparent Dealings. Above all the VBHC staffs were very friendly & professional. Their response was prompt & positive.
I am really excited about owning a house & would like to thank VBHC for making this possible in all ways.
The first report I saw in Mint newspaper prompted me to go deep into the project called VBHC Vaibhava Bangalore. When I went for the site visit my expectations were not much considering the price points and it being first venture of VBHC. However, I must admit it was a pleasant surprise when I reached the location.
I was dealt in a very professional approach and not like the normal realty sales people. Must appreciate VBHC team for that. The sample flats managed in furnished and unfurnished manner gave me the complete idea as to how the actual flat would look in both conditions. I was looking for a 1 BHK and the flat was as per my taste. Once I was tempted to go for a 2 BHK also but checked myself and, surprise, the sales guy din push me to go for 2 BHK. The construction methodology was new to me and I believe for Indian markets also, so naturally I had questions which were answered in great detail and to my satisfaction. The kind of community living initiatives which this project is taking is impressive. After exploring the project and the site in detail, it was not difficult to make my decision. I booked a flat there and post sales experience is in line with the earlier one.
Complete Professionals, which is such a rarity in realty line. Finally, considering the location, project and pricing it is an opportunity not to be missed. I am eagerly waiting for their projects in NCR so that I can ask my brother also to book his dream home
I have pleasure in adding my testimonial on VBHC Vaibhava project.. stating that, this is the first time I've come across a company in the residential sector where the paperwork and procedures are so very transparent, and most importantly, without the element of "black" amount in the financial transactions! VBHC Vaibhava - The concept of budget home that makes me intuitively comfortable. The purpose to create a million homes is supported by people with vision, experience and enthusiasm. The process of quality construction, using proven technology in a large scale, will ensure delivery in a time bound manner. I can envision a vibrant community of people in the location with basic facilities taken care of. I have no hesitation to own a portion in the project.

The following are the key points why my parents booked an apartment at VBHC Vaibhava.
They are currently based in Kolkata and I'm being based in Bangalore. They stay with me for few months in a year. They liked the city pretty much from the days they started coming here i.e. since 2001. Now being retired, they have more time to spend with their only son (me), being close to grand-children also helps keeping well-being of mental health at this age.
They were planning to sell-off the apartment in Kolkata and buy one in Bangalore which can serve as an independent accommodation if necessary. But the real-estate prices of Bangalore are totally out of reach for a retired middle class person like my parents.
When they saw the leaflet of VBHC, offering flats at 'affordable' rates they were really excited about that. This excitement was complimented by my assurance of the credibility of the MD Jerry Rao and his company VBHC. When they visited the place they liked it very much as the place being among green surroundings and the project being very much self-sufficient this serves a perfect place for a retired life-style. They were very impressed with the serene life-style of that place compared to the busy bustling city life where I currently have an apartment. Even emergency medical needs are also served by nearby hospital.
They were pretty much sold on the project in the first look itself, hence we didn't waste much time, in booking the apartment of our choice. The journey through the first look, booking and signing of the agreement has been very smooth till now. The marketing team are very knowledgeable and explained every minute detail in a very polite manner. We are eagerly looking fororward for the completion of our phase
My Wife and I cannot thank VBHC enough for helping us with our dream home here in Bangalore!
