VBHC Haven of Joy construction status as of 14 Oct 2024:

Structural works

B1 Wing:
RCC Structural work has been completed up to 16th floor & 17th floor WIP for 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109 series. RCC work completed to 15th floor & 16th floor WIP for 101 &110 series

B2 Wing:
RCC Structural work has been completed up to 15th floor and 16th floor WIP for all series.

B3 Wing:
RCC Structural work has been completed up to 15th floor and 16th floor WIP for all series.

B4 Wing:
RCC Structural work: 101 & 102 flat series is completed up to 15th floor and 16th floor WIP. 103 & 104 series flat completed up to 14th floor and 15th floor WIP.

Finishing works

B1 Wing:
Waterproofing works is done up to 10th floor & 11th floor WIP and Tiling works is done up to 9th floor &10th floor WIP. Putty works is done up to 10th floor &11th floor WIP. Balcony railing works are done up to 14th floor. Door frame installation works is completed up to 14th floor& 15th floor WIP.

B2 Wing:
Waterproofing works is done up to 9th floor & 10th floor WIP and Tiling works is done up to 8th floor & 9th floor WIP. Putty works is done up to 8th floor & 9th floor WIP. Balcony railing works are done up to 13th floor& 14th floor WIP. Door frame installation works is completed up to 13th floor & 14th floor WIP.

B3 Wing:
Waterproofing works is done up to 8th floor & 9th floor WIP and Tiling works is done up to 8th floor &9th floor WIP. Putty works is done up to 9th floor & 10th floor WIP. Balcony railing works are done up to 6th floor& 7th floor WIP. Door frame installation works is completed up to 13th floor& 14th floor WIP.

B4 Wing:
Waterproofing works is done up to 8th floor & 9th floor WIP and Tiling works is done up to 8th floor &9th floor WIP. Putty works is done up to 8th floor & 9th floor WIP. Balcony railing works are done up to 10th floor& 11th floor WIP. Door frame installation works is completed up to 12th floor& 13th floor WIP.

Finishing Activities:

Putty and Tiling works in Flats & Corridor Painting works
UPVC window fixing and Balcony railing work
