Job Title: Senior Manager / AGM
Department: Sales Acquisition
Location: VBHC Mumbai – Palghar
Reports To: VP – CRM, Sales & Marketing
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Sales strategy development & fuel Sales Growth for Palghar & Mumbai region. Responsible for selling Rowhouse, Apartments and Plots.
  • Must have major inroads into the Channel Market and should be able to drive sales through CPs. Must have personal relationships with 100+ CPs in CBD & Mumbai Suburb to activate and deliver sales.
  • Must have experience in leading Project Launches & CP Events.
  • Experienced Team Leader to effectively utilize 10+ Team Members & deliver.
  • Go-getter, Organized, should be able to manage end-to-end Real Estate sales from Client Acquisition, Sales Closure, CRM Activities including on time collection and possession.
  • Responsible for overall sales operation for MMR Region.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs)

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 Years from Real Estate Industry
Special Skills/Abilities: Effective Team Leader /Outspoken/ Grievance Handling Customers.
Job Title: Pre Sales Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: VBHC Bangalore
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  1. Both inbound and outbound call process.
  2. Data management.
  3. Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behavior leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning.
  4. Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance.
  5. Responsible for call quality and on-call customer experience.
  6. Servicing of leads generated from the ATL and BTL marketing activities and driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings from the Contact Centre team.

Requirement:

  1. The candidate must be from BPO/ Real estate background with 0 to 6 years’ experience.
  2. Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal-oriented
  3. Candidate should have good Communications & convincing skills
  4. Excellent conversational and customer service
  5. The candidate should be fluent in minimum 4 languages English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil
  6. Should know working on reports in Excel.
  7. Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research
