Salaried Individual
- 2 passport size photos
- PAN Card / Passport Copy / Voter’s ID
- Residence Proof – Electricity bill / Property Tax bill / Employer Certificate
- Experience letter of previous company if present employment is less than 2 years
- Latest increment letter along with CTC structure
- Latest 3 months pay-slips
- Latest 6 months’ salary a/c statement
- Latest two years Form-16
- All loan a/c statements for at-least one year
Businessman
- 2 passport size photos
- PAN Card / Passport Copy / Voter’s ID
- Residence Proof – MSEB bill / Property Tax bill
- Income Tax returns for latest three years along with Profit and Loss a/c statement and Balance Sheet. (Attach computation of income certified by the Chartered Accountant)
- Current a/c statement for last one year from where transactions of business take place (Certified by the Bank)
- Shop Act License
- Brief write-up about the business venture
- Partnership Deed (if any)
